- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium ears sweet corn, cut into 3-inch pieces
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place corn in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Brush corn with half the butter mixture. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- 2. Uncover; brush corn with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until tender.
