I created this recipe when I was planning a steak dinner and wanted a barbecue sauce to go with it. Try the sauce on pork and chicken.

Shredded chicken gets smothered in a seasoned tomato sauce, then wrapped in a warm tortilla and topped with cheddar cheese.
