Turkey Lo Mein Stir Fry

I love Chinese dishes but don't enjoy chopping all those veggies. Using presliced mushrooms and ready-made sauce, I came up with this tasty solution thatâ€کs quick and easy. Plus, it's versatile enough to make the most of whatever I have on hand. I sometimes add peanuts or cashews for extra crunch and flavor.
