Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place salmon on a baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; press onto salmon. Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 12-15 minutes.
