- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
- 2. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes or until thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, basting occasionally. Remove chicken from dish and keep warm.
- 3. Transfer sauce to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 12-15 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 1-1/4 cups.
