Walnut Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup ground walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  • 1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Spread mustard over chops; coat with nuts, pressing to adhere. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • 2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are golden brown and juices run clear.
